主要职责：
1. Clearly document detailed, unambiguous global and local migration requirements, workflows and test cases, complying with Standard Chartered Bank project framework and business analysis methodology.
2. Achieve global and local sign offs.
3. Run and/or be an active member of the migration workshops, discussions and working groups towards automation of reconciliation between legacy positions and positions in new front to back trade processing platform.
4. Ensure stakeholders are fully engaged, communications are regular, honest and expectations are well managed.
5. Assist the preparation of detailed go-live plans and assist the project roll-out in each location.
6. Identify risks and issues early. Communicate them to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Propose and plan mitigating steps.
7. Define all necessary static data sources, data required and clean ups.
8. Assist the business with UAT, including planning ,preparation of test cases, training and communications
9. Provide on-going support to other RAZOR programme teams as required.
10. Become a key, go-to BA within the programme, as well as the wider Financial Market Service Delivery (FMSD) group.

1. Hands on experience in migration activities of a large front to back programme in Banking or large corporate treasury ？
2. Ability to work proactively, independently when necessary and displays strong initiative.
3. Multicultural awareness.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with an excellent standard of English (written and spoken).
5. Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
6. Ability to accurately gather, document and present requirements, processes, booking models and functional designs to a high quality.

主要职责：

9. 为其他需要支持的RAZOR编程团队提供持续支持。
10. 成为项目内以及FMSD团队的主要分析师。

6. 能够准确地以高品质收集，记录和展示相关要求，流程，预约模式和功能设计。
