Title:Business Control Specialist
Location:Changshu(Shuttle bus from Suzhou to Changshu everyday)

Purpose of the job:
The purpose of the job of business control specialist is to help the controller to deliver proactive and future oriented Business Control services to the Business Unit Management Team. The responsibility area of this position is Raflatac Changshu factory.

Key Tasks:
Prepare the sales reconciliation & performance report;
Raw material Purpro and Raflow system regular check;
Accurately maintain transfer price for domestic market;
Monthly PCIM processing fee calculation;
Fixed cost follow up and control;
Prepare the SOP report and come up with the accuracy of sales forecast;
Approval of invoices via raw material Purpro;
CAPEX report preparation & analysis;
Perform operational review and improving internal controls within the business and implement the internal control testing;
Assist to prepare & review the annual budget with function department;
Provide the professional advices to functions;
Adhoc reports for management.
Month end closing activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Finance or Economy
Minimum 2 year of working experience in Finance and/or Business Control;
Deep, practical knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of SAP, Hyperion system;
General knowledge regarding warehouse management from accounting and business control point of view
Good costing knowledge
