Mission
Your mission as CTD Product Marketing Specialist is to accelerate the growth process at a sustained and increasing profitability level for the CTD product lines produced in China, by developing and implementing new product offers and new sales concepts with the focus on creating customer value.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the divisional targets of NIS, profit, market share and customer share are met.
Job Description
As Product Marketing Specialist for construction tools products you will be responsible for providing customer centers in China and SEA support for products manufactured and sourced from the CR Tianjin factory in China
You will report directly to the Vice President Business Development East Asia.
The main responsibilities for the Product Marketing Specialist are shown below:
Product support:
-Give active support to the daily business operations in our customer centers with required documentation and product information
-Interact with relevant departments to create customer center requested documentation
-Continuously maintain and upgrade product documentation in the information platforms.
-Assist in product training for existing and new ranges, as well as any CTD product knowledge
-Support the visitors coming from our Customer Centers
In this position you will have to communicate with all internal departments (engineering, production, purchasing, etc.) and your external relations consist of Customer Centers.
The employment conditions for this position falls under the local + program.
Experience requirements
·Very good knowledge of English is a must.
·Knowledge of construction equipment products would be an advantage
·1-3 years experience in sales and marketing, would be an advantage
·Proven ability to work independently and take responsibility
·Proven results oriented background
·Good communicator
Knowledge
-Good knowledge of English and presentation skills.
-Dynamic person willing to learn the role of B2B marketing in an international company.
-Team player
-Solid understanding of Lotus Notes and MS Office
Educational requirements
-Industrial engineer or equivalent through experience.
Personality requirements
-You are very customer oriented, you are able to establish long lasting relations and networks with people inside the organization.
-You show a drive for result, which means that you put in the effort and the ambition to achieve results and reach the objectives in the given timeframe
-You understand and take into account the effect of your actions on other departments
-You have the ambition to grow inside the Atlas Copco Group
