RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Service New Product development:
1) Understand and familiar with marketing research
2) Work with service team and end user to generate new product pipeline and identify priority
3) Familiar with new product development process
4) Driving New product result through proper Project management

2. Service marketing intelligence
1) Study competitor product development direction
2) Vertical market research for industry field
3) Assists in service market potential analysis and service business growth strategy and tactics formulation and implementation.


3. Service Business & Development Sustaining activities:
1) Ensure best practice is taken from international sources are adapted, implemented and communicated for service business activities.
2) Participation in pilot project development activities of the region


Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree or above
2) 4+ years relevant experience in MNC industrial company.
3) Service-oriented, can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4) Passion, initiative with creativity and innovation .
5) Fluent spoken and written English.
6) Proficient in MFG Pro / X-site / Oracle, MS Office, especially in PowerPoint, Excel & Word.
7) High potential in personnel development.
