l in Chengdu on 3 September 2012. It provides service to PwC internal client and serves PwC China and
HongKong initially.

About HR talent acquisition:
HR Talent Acquisition is mainly taking care of new joiner's pre-on boarding support, such as offer, welcome note, pre-on boarding enquiries and etc. to ensure talents good pre-on boarding experience.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition team serves resourcing team from different hiring channels and new joiners over mainland China and Hong Kong, including:

• Manage job posting on internal & external portals.
• Make interview arrangements.
• Prepare offer letter for qualified candidate.
• Conduct reference check for new joiner.
• Seek buddy & career coach for new joiner.
• Send welcome note, training reminder, notification to new joiner before onboard date.
• Place outbound calls to new joiner one week before onboard date.
• Handle new joiners' inquiries via phone and email.

Reporting structure & key relationships:
Reporting to: Senior assistant of Human Capital Service Delivery Centre

Requirements:

• University degree, no major preference;
• Experience in HR field is preferred but not must;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Medium reading and written English and Chinese (CET6 above);
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office;
• Attention to detail;
• High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude; and
• Great team player and ability to work effectively with cross functions and regional teams in a complicated business environment.
