Responsibilities |
1. 要让每个员工明确，质量是制造出来的，而不是检验出来的。 2. 按照查特质量管理体系要求严格管理车间生产，并使每个生产环节实行全员参与质量管理和控制。 3. 将查特的安全和消防的要求落实到实际生产的每一个环节中去。杜绝安全隐患。 4. 在生产主计划的基础上，审核计划的可行性。 5. 根据生产主计划，确定是否需要其他部门提供额外的支持和配合。 6. 监督和管理生产主管的工作，跟踪和检查生产计划的执行情况。 7. 密切关注物料的状态，加强车间和其他部门的沟通。 8. 根据物料、人员、设备状态的变更，会同生产计划部一起及时调整车间生产计划。 9. 根据车间工人的实际生产技能，组织评估工人的技能水平。制订合理的培训计划。不断提高工人的操作水平。 10. 严格执行生产过程的工艺纪律。配合工艺部门做好精益生产。 11. 合理分配、管理和使用有限资源，逐步提高生产效率。 12. 要求生产主管在管理生产的同时，必须负责在生产过程中清洁、整齐，达到各工位的5S要求，并制订相应的规章制度。 13. 要求生产主管在管理生产的同时，必须督促设备使用人员进行设备的正常维护，并制订相应的规章制度。 |
