Production Control & Logistics Manager (Fortune 500 American Automotive company)
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the daily PC&L planning activities, including production and material planning, coordination with warehouse and logistics to meet all annual target matrix;
- Organize weekly planning activity to ensure MRP run is executed at fixed time and actions messages are timely reviewed and executed by each individual planners;
- Organize weekly planning review with planning and production team;
- Organize monthly planning parameters review inside PC&L and with other functional departments, if needed;
- Lead monthly MPS review with joint functions.
- Set up written working instructions and ensure that all staff comply with the working instructions;
- Monitor daily operation and tackle all unplanned issues timely, or report to management for resolution;
- Take lead to implement QVC initiatives and support to maintain the implemented KMS systems;
- Set-up planning strategies with PC&L management to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers and maintain the right level of inventory;
- Work with MFG to ensure schedule attainment is properly maintained;
- Participate New Projects meeting to ensure mass production is well connected;
- Train and coach subordinates to work as a team and grow;
- Coaching subordinates to follow the Company EHS policies
- Prevent waste on materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
- Monitor subordinates to follow up the Company regulation to prevent any injury
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- More than 6 years relevant experience
- Familiar with APICS is prefer
- Basic Knowledge in TS16949
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in both written and oral English
- Accountable, able to work under pressure
