NU SKIN Greater China has initiated a new program Leaders 3.0 to create a pipeline of unique, high potential leaders to fill mid-level openings. These roles continuously build our capability to create and exceed our “big dream” goals and make NU SKIN Greater China a brand that our team fights for and where we are proud to work. Leaders 3.0 provides job rotation every 1-3 years to develop a deep understanding of our business as well as functional skills and multi-functional exposure.
Our objective is to develop YOUNG GRADUATES to become integrated management professionals in NU SKIN Greater China by through job progression and also by providing additional academic and development opportunities as they advance on their career path and take on more strategic responsibilities. We are seeking strong candidates for key business positions as the first step in a rewarding career:
Responsibilities
˙As an Executive Partner, works directly with Executive Distributors (Customer Account Managers) to plan and strategize how to align goals with Company strategies in order to meet revenue targets. Provides maximum support to Executive to achieve established goals.
˙Provides personalized service and customer support to Executive Distributors and Business Builders which will enable them to achieve their optimal performance level.
˙Provides timely and accurate feedback to Executive Distributors / Business regarding changes in Company policies and procedures and sales compensation plans.
˙Personally responsible to monitor and ensure that each customer account has maximum support to meet objectives and prevent fall-out of qualifications.
˙Maintains professional, effective working relationships with Executives. Travels and participates in company and distributor meetings.

Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree
? Personal Attributes:Innovative; Curious /Always wants to learn; Comprehensive & Critical thinking; Cares about People, Community & Society; Excellent interpersonal & Communication Skills; Team Player; Flexible; Adaptable to Change; Self-motivated
? Fluency in Chinese and English; Global Mindset. Frequent travel is required
