The role of this position is to protect the trademarks of The XXX Company by assuring the ingredient suppliers are capable of manufacturing materials which meet The XXX Company (TCCC) and legal requirements.
This position is directly responsible for the Quality Authorization of manufacturing suppliers and distributors to supply ingredients globally to TCCC and involves working with suppliers in the following key areas
??To identify and assess supplier capability, conduct audits, prepare audit reports and close out supplier audits in a timely manner
??Follow up with suppliers on the implementation of corrective actions required to address observed nonconformance during audits
??Maintain data related to supplier performance and risk
??Develop new suppliers by educating them in the TCCC requirements and supporting them to meet these required, such that they can supply ingredients that meet our Company specifications and our Company requirements
??Support the supplier with the ingredient authorization process for new suppliers of existing ingredients.
B. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prioritized Responsibilities % of Time
Auditing
Conduct in depth audits of CPS Suppliers against TCCC supplier governance requirements outlined in KORE and PICASSO. Assess the capability of the supplier to deliver ingredients according to the Coca-Cola standards / specifications and to ensure confidence on the quality of the supplied goods.
Ensure audits are conducted within required time frame and within budget 50
Reporting
Prepare value added audit reports, which allow stakeholders to clearly understand the level of compliance and risk associated with the supplier and allow the supplier operations to accurately address corrective action Communicate audit outcomes to stakeholders in timely manner.
Maintain supplier data (including risk profile) in the Company databases and tracking tools in a timely manner 15
Corrective Action Management
Follow up with suppliers on corrective action plans resulting from the TCCC audit to ensure the appropriate level of action is taken to eliminate non-conformance. Maintain a status for supplier compliance with closing nonconformance findings 10
Supplier Development
Work with suppliers to develop them in the following key areas:
??Work with suppliers to improve their overall service level to TCCC
??Outline the TCCC technical requirements to new suppliers & develop them to meet t these requires
??Guide suppliers through the ingredient authorization process
??Support Procurement strategic initiatives by developing suppliers that are important to the Procurement strategy
??Work with suppliers to ensure that they meet our certificate of analysis (COA) requirements
??Support existing suppliers that extend the scope of their supply to new CPS sites to understand the requirements of that site such that they can supply without issues
??Develop a continuous improvement ethos with current and new suppliers
??Develop procurement understanding of technical requirements 15

Both internal and external verbal and written communications across multiple parties are required of this role. External communication is primarily with Suppliers where this role will represent the Company in technical areas. Internal parties include CPS QA departments, Business Units, Global Quality Analytical Services (GQAS), IQD, PICASSO Management Team, Procurement, R&D and QSE. Act as a liaison between the suppliers and various corporate and internal functions to exchange information and respond to inquiries and update on the status of progress towards supplier authorization.
