Support the line manager to handle all formula management related activities, includes BBN and BPN request, PAR review etc. Coordinate with each BU and R&D developer to ensure an accurate, fast and consistent solution within information management scope.
Coordinate the information sharing internally & externally via information databases.
Key Duties/Responsibilities: Briefly describe the primary duties/responsibilities of your job in 5-8 bullet points. Please list these duties in order of importance and include the percentage of time spent or required for each activity.
1. Review the draft formula and BBN request from developers, assign the BBN in the system and notify the related person.
2. Review the BPN request with providing the direction to the developer and communicate with Corp. for a new BPN assignment.
3. Support the Mgr of Information Management to coordinate the PAR process, after review to completeness, route the PARs to Corporate.
4. Coordinator/ administrator of Picasso Ingredient, R&D sharepoint and other information databases.
5. Act as a formula expert and/or consultant by responding to targeted questions from the field or other departments/business units and providing support to them. This includes acting as a resource for general information and acting as a consultant for other technical personnel in the Company.
6. Train and guide product developers, BU/region product approval coordinators, concentrate plants and SRA on Formula Management knowledge.
7. Establish and cultivate a close communication with Corporate SRA, Formula Management and IQD to get a precise and accurate understanding of the Corporate rules.
8. Protect information provided in confidence from outside sources and ensure this information is not disseminated to those not directly involved.
9. Maintain highly restricted information on ingredients in a safe way.
Financial/Job Scope: Identify quantitative factors for your job, such as volume, annual budget, customer contacts (i.e., # of bottlers, customers, etc.), and other major indicators of the scope and complexity of your job.
1. No product (finished beverage, Syrups) recall caused by errors in Master Formulas.
2. Ensure that the launch of new product will be smoothly done by delivering complete and accurate information on the PAR and Picasso Master Formula to Corporate teams.
3. Being the expert in Picasso, mastering all the capabilities available (formula input, search, etc.) to our team as well as BUs.
Organization Impact/Influence: Indicate the nature and level of your contacts within and outside the Company, as well as the nature and purpose of the interaction.
