JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Technical Service Manager, Inks
Reports to: VP Sales (Print Media Inks, China )
Location: home base （中国的任何一个城市都可以）
Requirements:
?？Technically competent in understanding the inks and chemistry used in the newspaper
/ heatset / sheetfed printing applications.
?？Ability to lead the technical service team to provide pre-/after sales technical support
to customers.
?？Strong external focus – fast response to customer complaints; provide on-site
troubleshooting.
?？Assist VP Sales in managing key winning accounts and maintain good working
relationship at different levels in these key accounts.
?？Present product information and application to existing and potential customers and
follow-up with press trials.
?？Work closely with technical team, regionally and globally, to provide effective
recommendations for formula modification to existing products as well as new
product developments.
?？Work with distributors and to provide with regular product/ applications training.
?？Network with other specialists in the Print Media China team where needed to ensure
the customer is getting the best performance from our products.
Qualifications:
?？University degree in Science or Engineering. Major in Printing Technology will be a
distinct advantage.
?？Experience in offset printing (web/sheetfed) with minimum 5 years in the
printing / printing consumables industry.
?？Team player with good communication skills.
?？Proficiency in English (read/write/speak) very much preferred in this role.
