JOB TITLE
Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager/ Senior Financial Planning Analyst, China Retail
LOCATION Shanghai
RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Involving the process for company strategic planning, annual budgeting & quarterly rolling forecasting
？ Leading financial monthly closing analysis and variance comparison
？ Analyzing sales performance with daily sales report, weekly sales report, traffic count, traffic amount…etc
？ Analyzing store monthly P/L and tracking store performance vs. original plan
？ Prepare and standardize management reports of China and ensure compliance with group policies
？ Involving in functional expenses analysis with all functional departments
？ Preparing pro forma analysis for store opening
？ Working with Marketing on store promotion project plan and post analysis
？ Ensure good cash management, expenses analysis, controlling and planning, set up the cost controlling structure and procedure
？ Co-coordinating company financial performance review to senior management
？ Initiating risk management and control in advance
？ Prepare ad hoc analyses and work on special projects as needed
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
？ Qualified accountant with university degree or above and majored in Finance, Accounting or Business Management, MBA preferred
？ At least 6-7 years of solid experience in Finance field, 5 years of planning/ analysis experience, preferably in Retail industry
？ Good logic thinking, well planning concept, fully organizing thoughts in mind
？ Good communication skills
？ Good computer skills, esp. Excel, PowerPoint
？ Fluency in both written and spoken English
