工作描述

This position’s primary responsibility is to create a great incoming and outgoing experience for our customers whether they are in the site or calling in on the telephone.

此职位主要负责热情接听电话，接待客户， 为客户创造良好环境。具体工作如下：

1. Receive incoming phone calls, and transfer to the relevant personnel

接听并转接来电

2. Take and pass on messages.

记录下口讯并告知相关联系人

3. Receive visitors and inform the relevant personnel

接待来访者并通知相关人员

4. Accept delivery of mails and parcels and dispatch to the relevant personnel in a timely manner

接收邮件和包裹文件等，及时转交给相关人员

5. Arrange courier service for all departments

安排快递人员为相关部门收件

6. Responsible for admin related purchase (e.g. cleaning goods、drinking water, etc.)

采购行政类物品（包括清洁用品、饮用水等）

7. Responsible for stationery inventory, and making a record of recipients

文具库存统计，并做好领用记录

8. Responsible for the daily meal order

负责每天的订餐工作

9. Update the Elee extensions list as needed

更新办公室分机表

10. Make relevant forms monthly

每月制作相关表单

11. Maintain the reception area in a tidy condition

保持前台区域的干净整洁

12. Perform administrative task as assigned

完成指派工作

13. 工作时间：8:30——19:00

Requirements:

任职资格

- Female who is presentable and with nice voice

女性，声音悦耳

- At least 1 year experience as a receptionist in a MNC.

至少1年前台工作经验

- Customer minded and great team player, candidate must be motivated by a burning desire to help people

客户服务为宗旨， 良好的团队精神， 具热情助人的性格。

- Excellent listening and organizational skills, as well as a professional appearance and language skills.

熟练听读和组织能力， 良好职业外表和说话能力

- The person must be basically happy and enjoy learning new skills.
