HR:
1. To conduct recruiting activities and control recruitment quality to ensure right people are in the right position.
2. Participate salary survey, raise appropriate C&B related proposal based on the analysis of internal and external benchmark.
3. Support to roll out the employee performance management and development project
4. HR related internal and external audit.
5. Ad-hoc projects assigned by manager.

Admin:
1. To receive visitors and perform duties to operate telephone switchboard for receiving and replying incoming calls to appropriate parties;
2. Admin sourcing, such as stationery, office equipments, household furniture, appliances, telephone, fax bill, water and electricity etc, make sure that the process meets the company's policies and procedures;
3. Responsible for travel related issue, such as hotel and business travel tickets booking, ensuring the cost effectiveness; Provide help on calculating and checking travel expenses
4. To ensure the office is maintained by ensuring that refreshments are replenished, the office is kept clean.
5. Prepare the name card/stationary & etc for all new colleagues, and retrieve company property when employees leave;
6. To support with general HR administration including interview arrangement, staffs leave recording, new comer notice sending, working attendance recording etc.;
7. Vendor management including canteen, shuttle bus etc.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree, preferable major in Human Resource Management, Administration
2. 4+ years generalist background particular in staffing related working experience
3. Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills.
4. Well organized & logical thinking, good command of data analysis.
5. Carefulness, integrity & sense of confidentiality.
6. Good time & process management, excellent documentation & file management skill.
7. Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, HRIS).
8. Good Command of both oral and written English
