Overall Purpose of Job:
- To perform the task of the company’s order processing and ensuring a correct and complete input with the aim of obtaining a smooth flow to the benefit of the company and the customers as well.

Responsibilities:
- To perform the processing of received orders making sure of the availability of requisite product specifications and terms of delivery.
- Lead regional coordinator team and service database consolidation
- Analysis service database (via CRM) and reporting in kinds of perspective
- To check the execution of quality of service carried out to make sure customer satisfaction has been measured.
- To respond to customer’s requests, and necessary service engineers/service partners for job assignment following 2-24 operation.
- To follow up the time schedule of deliveries agreed upon and take appropriate acting in case of deviations.
- To follow up and track the service orders have been issued closely to make sure service orders close timely.
- To keep sales/dealers informed in proceeding of service orders in terms of provision the normal documentation and information.
- To process special order and inquiries in coordination with the supplier/internal departments.
-To handle the service complaints from service hotline 400 as deemed responsibility
-To have good skills/ability in documentation management to make sure service fact is driven by data. Education and Training
- Bachelor degree and major in science, mechanical or electrical
- Good command in oral and written Chinese and English

Experiences
- At least 3 years in similar field
- Good at MS office, SAP system & CRM system
