RECRUITER – TECHNICAL

Summary Description
Want to play a key role in aggressively growing Amazon’s Corporate Technical Team in China? We are seeking a talented sourcer who will take a direct and immediate impact on our ability to source the brightest talent in order to grow and scale Amazon’s Technical organizations based in China.
The organization will continue to grow aggressively, so bringing top technical talents to our Tech Organizations is a key management goal. The sourcer will be responsible for working with Recruiter and Leadership in both China and Global, hiring managers to identify overall staffing needs & talent requirements, developing strategies to meet aggressive overall hiring goals through creative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
? Responsible for generation of active and passive candidates from job portals, networking sites, contact lists and internal databases through research.
? Review requisitions, understand hiring needs and position specifications and conduct research to identify suitable candidates.
? Partner with recruiters and staffing leadership to create innovative sourcing strategies.
? Responsible for candidate management that includes validation of interest, availability, work authorization, compensation, global mobility, technical fit and qualifications.
? Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree. 2+ years of working experience in either recruiting firm or sourcing team in IT related company.
? Expertise in generating a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates with specific SLAs.
? Good written and verbal communications skills in both Mandarin and English
? Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
? Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity
? Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed.
Preferred Qualifications
? Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; Passion and acumen for clients business.
? Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
? Must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting.
? Outstanding communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
? Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
? Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
? Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
