职位描述
1 Assist direct manager to design, update, harmonize and maintain LSH C&B policies and SOP and lead simple designing and updating of policies and SOP procedure.
2 Assist direct manager to work on LSH major C&B projects and programs (e.g. LSH job evaluation and market salary benchmarking exercise, expatriates program etc) and lead simple C&B projects and programs independently.
3 Assist direct manager to design, perform and manage outstanding HR programs relating to employee retention programs (e.g. KEEP, car purchase programs).
4 Provide analysis of sales performance (e.g. sales productivity etc) and effectiveness of the incentive scheme. Participate in the design and harmonize of LSH incentive schemes in GBJ region and across LSH.
HR business partner to BD, strategic Sales and GBJ region
5 Serve as a resource/consultant in strategic and tactical approaches for all HR areas to support and help drive GBJ’s business initiatives and operations. Including workforce planning, organization design, key position recruiting, leadership development, performance management, employee relations, policy development, talent review and development planning, and total rewards etc.
6 Source and interview suitable candidates for BD, Strategic Sales and GBJ region team, and prepare offer proposal.
7 Assist direct manager or work independently to complete all GBJ HR related matters.
Knowledge
1. National & Local Labor Law;
2. National Law of Individual Income Tax;
3. HR tools, e.g. compensation frameworks and designing, Job Evaluation, Job Matching;
4. Supplementary Benefits, e.g. group pension and supplementary medical etc;
5. Sales incentive design and update.
