Job description
HR Delivery Professional role is responsible for Travel expense review; Communicate with employee on travel policy issue; Closely with leadership team, AP/Global line management, and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity.
We are looking for candidates that,
Are passionate to assistant organization creating a high performance culture, increasing organization capability, promoting an enjoyable working environment to fulfill personal accomplishment.
Provide high value-added advice and counsel to our leadership team that helps managers:
1. Drive individual and business performance
2. Take actions to positively influence organizational climate
3. Execute HR services delivery initiatives which support IBM and business unit strategies
Understand basic consulting methodology, tools and techniques e.g. interview skill, analytical skill, communication skill, Negotiation skill, and interpersonal skill enable to understand client needs, requirements, gaps, to provide recommendations, advice, and guidance in your area of expertise.
Required Skills:
1. Previous HR or FA leader experiences or other business service in GCG is preferred
2. 3+ years working experience in HR or FA field
3. Chinese native speaker with excellent in English skills in both reading and writing
4. Good communication skill, presentation skill, and interpersonal skill;
