职位描述
Responsibilities,
?
1. Be familiar with & operate to the Scope of Work (Schedule M) as defined in the Master Agreement.
2. Understand the operational & technical requirements of the site and ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
3. Review and spot-check to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
4. Ensure that the site is well maintained and correctly furnished/stocked to operate to maximum efficiency.
5. Ensure that detailed floor inspections are routinely conducted.
6. Ensure that an effective Work Order system is maintained for rectification of any defective items/services & ensure that these are addressed in a timely manner
7. Ensure routine testing of Audio Visual equipment functionality; maintain & repair as required
8. Ensure all working environments meet all requisite OH&S Standards.
9. Assist Facilities Manager to ensure smooth running of meetings&/or events at the site.
10. Assist with Business Unit relocations or ‘ad hoc’ projects.
11. Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations
12. Provide backup support for the Facilities Manager in times of absence.
13. Liaise closely with the client on-site representatives to address problems and/or enhance working environment performance
14. Clearly document & communicate all client expectations to the balance of the FM team
15. Work collaboratively with facilities team colleagues both within the client Account & in the wider Jones Lang LaSalle network
16. Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or Senior Account Management on a needs be basis.
Requirements,
1. 3 years or above in Facilities Management or Administration Management experience
2. Good command of English
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good client service mindset
5. Team player
On-site working and client based, working location is at Tian He district.
