Main responsibilities
Be responsible for the daily management of the sales and service business in
Accordance with the Company’s Guidelines and the Corporate Governance Code
Manage the areas of sales, service and assembly
Close relationship to customers and suppliers
Focus on business development and strategic planning in close cooperation with market management and headquarters Focus on and commitment to budget and EBIT targets
Planning and coordination of market surveys and activities in close cooperation with headquarters, continuous monitoring of competitors activities
Training, mentoring and supervising of the whole team

Execution and implementation of board decisions

Education/working experience
Technical degree with majors like mechanical engineering or precision engineering(Engineer or MBA preferred)
Leading personality with distinct technical knowledge
Experience in a technical sales or business development position, furthermore
leadership experience for more than five years
Experiences in setting up sales structures
Experience with European business relationships
Fluent language skills in English, Good language in German is a plus
