职位描述
Responsibilities:
Drive institutionalization of OE practices in Operations through on-going coaching & mentoring of Japanese process Operations teams
Drive post Go-live 30/60/90 day reviews; identify gaps; work closely with Operations to close the gaps
Drive Lean programs in Operations and be accountable for delivering target results
Work closely with operations teams to identify performance gaps, identify root causes and drive actions to closure
Lead Process Improvement initiatives that will drive short to long term solutions
Build a culture of operational excellence in BPO (e.g Operations Teams) by running multiple programs
Coach & mentor OE SPOCs from Operations on OE practices/ tools and help build capability in Operations team
Facilitate Operational Excellence workshops, client visits, and participation on any company sponsored programs where Operational Excellence is one of the agenda
Qualifications:
Black Belt Certified and experienced in handling mid to large scope projects
Exposure to Lean or any other Continuous Improvement methodologies
Data Driven
Pays attention to detail
Excellent inter personal skills & Relationship management skills
High level of integrity
Analytical & adaptable to change
Ask for continuous improvement projects/ initiatives à role of the candidate - tasks/ responsilibities - activities involved
