POSITION DESCRIPTION:
JOB TITLE: Operation Manager
FUNCTION: Order Management
LOCATION: Hangzhou, China
REPORTEES: 50+ Employees
PROJECT MAIN FEATURES:
1. Back end Order-to-Cash management for global leading consumer goods manufacturer
2. Account receivable for Order released follow predefined process.
3. Communicate with Front end for Order release and clarification.
4. Participate in user acceptance test and business acceptance test when new/revised programs and tools released.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Plan, design, and execute working structure and supporting process with client
2 Serve as primary contact for client project management team
3 Manage people and operation process
4 Be responsible for overall performance and success metrics
5 Participate in all business review meetings with Client country channel managers and APAC HQ management team
MEASUREMENT METRICS
1. Monitor and manage day to day Operations (50%)
2. SLA and KPI Result (20%)
3. Performance Improvement initiatives (10%)
4. Team Management (15%)
5. Administrative functions (5%)
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS METRICS
1. At least 8+ years BPO industry working experience with 3+ years management experience; understanding of business and effective management and communication.
2. Strong sense of customer service, can anticipate customers’ needs and set proper expectation
3. Good command of comprehension and articulation of the English language; proficient in Chinese; proficient in Japanese will be a plus.
4. Good command of Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
5. High business acumen with good analytical and problem solving skills
6. Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree holder

1. 语言:日英双语精通,商务沟通水平;
2. 经验:至少8年以上外包(BPO /ITO)行业从业经验,了解外包流程的运营模式和管理;
3. 管理:3年以上团队管理经验,至少带过30人以上团队,精通绩效管理,员工激励等日常管理模式;
4. 其他:优秀的沟通和解决问题能力,较强的管理能力和凝聚力。
