Job Summary

The Senior Analyst is responsible for assisting the Team Lead to ensure the successful execution of administration tasks around the ongoing operation of Scheduling related programs and processes relevant to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Analyst will lead 4 to 5 team members and execute a range of processes related to supply demand area, i.e. project demand creation, employees project calendars maintain, availability status tracking, chargeability tracking, and roll off visibility tracking. Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Subject Matter Expert of team key processes, being responsible for processes updates, FAQ, and process improvement, coaching and supervising team analysts and assistants with their daily operation and answering their queries
First layer supervisor, closely monitor daily service requests, organizing day to day quality service delivery, train up new joiners, perform quality check, ensure consistent performance
Assisting team lead to control business quality and acting as first layer accountable for internal controls result, process outcomes (SLAs)
Champion delivery excellence initiatives; regularly share and organize process/policy study workshop
Timely voice up any risk/suggestions in regards to people/operations to leads
Driving business transitions when there are new business opportunities

Systems / Standards
Maximizing the effectiveness of the HR function by ensuring the Team use systems (myScheduling and SAP) and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards & SLA.

People Management and Development
Demonstrate effective teaming skills with internal and external team members

Customer Services

The position also involves
Ensuring that the Team responds to all employee enquiries in a timely and effective manner and within agreed service levels
Ensuring that any outstanding issues / enquiries are escalated to the appropriate person by the Team
Developing and recommending solutions to meet customer requirements in the most cost effective and efficient method possible through the Change Procedure process
