职位描述

Job Summary:

The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for the day to day management of the Training Administration in Accenture Learning Delivery Team, responsible for assisting Local HR with training operations processes, which include but does not limit to - registering employees for local and central core training courses, updating training courses in myLearning, organizing logistics and administration for local training courses, and assisting with the faculty acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Set-up and Maintenance
Executes all activities required to set-up local training courses. Detailed responsibilities include:

Maintain training course information in myLearning (updating, deleting or adding training courses)
Distribute communications to Accenture employees per requests and any necessary follow up actions that need to be completed
Liaise with the Training Owners with regard to logistics arrangement


Training Execution
Distribute communications to Accenture employees enrolled in a training course to remind them to attend the course
Distribute course information and training materials to faculty
follow up and process information on ‘no-shows’ following a training course
Manage the review of participant feedback forms, including the preparation of feedback summary reports to distribute to Country HR CD, DTE training sponsor or Local HR.


Faculty Acquisition
Assist with the local LPD faculty acquisition
Assist with the faculty acquisition for central training in Accenture Learning centers


Systems Administration
Ensure all data changes have been entered accurately in myLearning
Ensure all data is in accordance with HR policy and action any discrepancies


Customer Services
Assist line management and employees by providing consistent advise on relevant HR policies and by providing access to personnel information as required
Respond to employee phone enquiries in a timely and effective manner ensuring where an immediate response cannot be given, that the enquiry is escalated appropriately


Teamwork
Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the Accenture Learning Delivery by providing assistance to other team members in busy periods
Regularly review and action incoming email enquiries as directed by the Team Leader


Process Improvement
Continuously improve Learning Delivery processes by undertaking regular reviews administered through the myLearning and assisting to review administrative systems and procedures


Reporting
Provide regular and ad hoc reports and information analysis as required country HR by effectively using myLearning and its reporting structures
Prepare reports for the designated service lines performance metrics as outlined in the Service Level Agreement

Auditing
Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regular conduct of audits appropriate to service lines


Special Projects
Assist country HR and DTE training sponsor by providing support to local projects with ad hoc services as requested
