Objectives of Role



This position will be responsible for sourcing and procurement, Spend analysis / market intelligence / business intelligence analytics/ Sourcing Support/lead the low & medium complexity projects.





Main Accountabilities

Analyze Customer spend volume to be sourced

Utilize and analyze all recent and accurate information (including Customer-internal, Supplier-internal, multi-Customer-based grouped data, and other industry and/or professional association and/or academic information sources) to support creation of specific Sourcing Project opportunity assessment/business case as advised by the Customer and/or Supplier Category Manager

Utilize and analyze all recent and accurate information (including Customer-internal, Supplier-internal, multi-Customer-based grouped data, and other industry and/or professional association and/or academic information sources) to identify ad-hoc potential Sourcing Project opportunities

Create Category Sourcing Initiative Reports and submit to Customer and/or Supplier Category Manager

Draft and create the RFx pack, prepare the evaluation criteria for suppliers.

Launch RFx and provide the qualitative and Quantitative response.

Provide the recommendations on the RFx responses.

Coordinate with the team for the E-auction setup and running the e-auction.

Execute Spot-buy and report the savings.

Provide the cost saving summary to the business.

Evaluate the suppliers and support the supplier's performance management.





Minimum Requirements



Graduation / Post-Graduation with 3-6 years of prior procurement financial analysis / market intelligence / business intelligence analytics experience

Good experience for the procurement and sourcing processes.

Good quantitative and analytical skills

Good negotiations skills with suppliers.

Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment

Basic understanding of accounting

Working knowledge of one of the ERP tool Ariba / Millennium / Oracle ERP / SC systems is required.

Fluent in English & Korean or Korean & Japanese or Japanese and EN, read, write and oral.
