Job Description
The Client Data Protection (CDP) Architect is responsible for assessing, establishing and supporting CDP controls and standards on client engagements to reduce business risk to Accenture, our clients and our clients' clients. The CDP Architect also acts as the point of contact for CDP Incident Management and CDP matters. The CDP Architect supports the CDP needs of the global organization. The CDP Architect will be part of a global team responsible for creating, maintaining, testing, and implementing comprehensive CDP controls and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Accenture's CDP organization to assess and implement within the CDP standards and controls
Deliver the appropriate required communications and training to understand accountability for effective and efficient program maintenance as part of the overall governance priorities.
Participate with OADT to provide CDP expertise to client teams
Align new client teams and services to the CDP standards and controls
Develop and maintain client team relationships in order to execute and maintain the CDP program
Document emergency measures, policies and procedures as required
Participate in external/internal audits as required
Monitor and participate in the sales cycle and provide SME support with regard to CDP controls and standards
Guide client teams with CDP awareness and suggested practice methodologies
Ongoing Assessment and Management Operations
Maintain CDP documentation, processes and metrics as required
Monitor and report on CDP assessments
Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and compliance is achieved through in scope assessments
Delivery Excellence Initiatives/Other
Ensure ownership and awareness of CDP incidents
Participating in / lead special CDP projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 year Project Management experience managing timelines, work plans and deliverables
Minimum 1 year Application Outsourcing, Infrastructure Outsourcing, or Business Process Outsourcing experience
Minimum 1 year experience working with Data Protection controls governing confidential data
English speaking/writing skills
Bachelor's Degree
Additional Preferred Skill Requirements
Japanese speaking/writing skills
CISM/CISSP/CISA
