Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. Accountability/Scope
Makes independent decisions, which have a major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility and may influence direction of other areas
Accountable for results of work to both Accenture and client
Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within area of responsibility, through interpretive judgment of overall policies and goals
Contributes to policy setting at a senior level
Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems/issues and provides alternative scenarios
Provides and implements business-focused solutions within time/cost constraints.
Self-directed within broad goals and strategic direction in satisfying organization or client objectives
Accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in which no relationship previously existed
May identify business development opportunities and communicate them to senior management
People/Knowledge
Participates in cross-area/function business challenges and coordinates at a senior level the work of own group/function with that of other areas.
Provides education/guidance to senior client or Accenture management, shares knowledge across organizational boundaries and acts as a role model within Accenture
Provides career counselor guidance to SM resources in China
Makes significant people decisions, including leading community activities and macro-level performance appraisals in support of compensation and promotion cycles
Job Summary
Manage the delivery of service management across BPO clients, incorporating the full scope of Service Management services: change control, issue/problem management, governance, satisfaction surveys, reporting, and service definition framework
Responsible for overall project deliverables including creation and execution of governance material, presenting executive SM summaries, and driving DCN requirements
Lead SM mobilization activities for contracts and provide mobilization coaching and quality reviews to mobilization activities on contracts and/or locations under management
Head of center or location within SM global organization or client contract, either internally, externally, or in a combination of internal and client-facing roles:
Internal BSS SM Regional Lead
Leads BSS SM field operations organization regionally and holds o & &nbs
