· 掌握本专业的工程图纸内容工艺要求，材料的选用要求，负责本专业范围工程图纸的全部审核；
· 掌握水、暖专业工程与相关土建、电气、建筑工程之间的关系，能够合理的运用水、暖专业知识技巧，使水系统及采暖系统的安装合理美观、使用方便；
· 能够掌握水系统及采暖系统相关的专业知识，并熟悉相关工程知识，能够指导设计工作、工程安装工作、工程材料的选用，达到水、暖系统的功能品质要求；
· 掌握水、暖系统相关的配套知识，熟悉政府相关部门对水、煤、消防系统的管理办法及相关的法规规定；
· 掌握水、煤、消防系统工程的规范并熟悉相关电气法规，并能够合理的运用；
· 具有组织本专业施工的能力，能够在现场指导监理公司、工程队的安装，确保工程进度工程质量达到整体工程进度要求；
· 严格控制专业工程投资成本在预算范围内，对成本控制结果负责；
· 负责范围：上水工程、排水工程、消防工程、煤气工程、暖通工程，配合作好室外配套工程。
