1.美学、建筑等相关专业/本科及以上学历/具备装修、建筑设计理论知识及相关专业基础知识；
2.年龄25岁--35岁，男女不限；
3.3年本专业工作经验，具有高档办公楼，大型公建等项目装修设计经验，具有工业项目装修设计经验者优先
4.熟练掌握并能应用CAD制作平面图、了解auto cad、3dsmax、Photoshop等相关软件的应用
5.能够熟练正确的制作预算，熟悉相关的装饰材料，施工工艺；
6.良好的沟通协调和人际交往能力；
7.具有良好的创意，有优秀的美术功底及平面执行能力，对设计有着十分独特的见解和表现能力，较强的方案设计能力和现场施工经验；
8.负责协助处理装修施工现场工地的技术问题；
9.负责收集最新装修产品资料；
