1 往届/应届毕业，建筑给排水等相关专业本科以上教育背景；
2 熟练掌握Microsoft Office办公软件，掌握AutoCAD，天正给排水等软件，另外如会使用鲁班/广联达等造价软件优先考虑；
3 学习能力强，工作积极有创新精神；
4 基本掌握一门外语，并可使用此种语言进行书面沟通及本专业文件的翻译工作；
5 根据需要加班，工作地点为公司设计管理部，其它工作场所根据需要会涉及到工地，驻外分公司等地。
