天津招聘

岗位职责
1、负责给排水/采暖、通风方案和消防系统工程设计、施工技术及现场管理工作；
2、审核给排水/采暖、通风方案等工程招标文件的技术部分；
3、协调施工单位，监理单位处理现场问题；
4、负责工程各项隐蔽验收、分项验收及竣工验收等验收工作；
5、做好本专业有关技术资料的整理工作；
6、完成主管领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格
1、工程、给排水、暖通、空调、制冷类类相关专业大学专科及以上学历；
2、2年以上建筑行业暖通设计工作经验，中级以上职称；
3、熟悉建筑行业设计业务，掌握设计工作流程，具备本专业的基本理论知识，了解相关专业知识；，熟练运用Office、Auto CAD等计算机软件系统；
4、细心严谨，能吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神及沟通协调能力。
5、能独立完成施工图纸设计。
