1. 有物业师资格。

3、具有5年以上物业工作经验，熟悉物业管理行业法律、法规，并能灵活运用。

4. 具有物业管理操作经验，熟悉物业管理工作流程和考核标准。

5. 具有一定的团队管理能力及良好的团队合作精神。

6. 有较高的职业素质、责任感，良好的服务意识，较强的沟通、学习能力，工作认真细致。

7. 熟悉办公自动化软件操作，有良好的口头和书面表达能力。
