Job Description:
Product marketing intelligence
? Collects marketing intelligence (customer/application mapping etc.) related to the responsible product to identify opportunity to grow the business.
? Participates/Leads the new product project launching, formulate the launching plan and coordinate implementation.
? Support to prepare product promotion material (brochure, catalogue, E-commerce)
? Take a lead to promote the product in the market and build up success reference.
Product/application expertise
? Prepares the sales kit for internal sales, AD, end users, trains and supports the front-line sales for product and application.
? Provides technical support to sales & AD for products/application. including Product selection, application advice, customer homologation and failure analysis, etc.
? Plans and conducts product/technical seminars for customers and prospects in liaison with sales to support the growth of business.
Sales performance management
? Lead or actively support to build up success reference for the product and promote the story internal & external.
? Set up the product sales budget and communicate with related teams to get management's approval, work on internal & external resource for implementation.
? Push sales, local AD to promote PT to regional customers to achieve regional PT sales budget.
? Major PT business projects follow up and coordination with other units.
Service
? Coordinate to solve product/application problems and customer complaints to provide better after-sales services for total customer satisfaction.
? Participates actively in all quality improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.

Requirement:
? Bachelor degree or above graduated majoring in Science & Technology
? At least 3 years related working experience in power transmission industry
? Technical knowledge of power transmission product, and application is required
? Experience on product management, marketing, sales and commercial procedures will be a plus.
? Experience on manufacturing company purchasing or maintenance, project management will be a plus
? Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, good communication skill, good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
? Independent, self-motivated and self-disciplinary working style, willing to travel.
