Job Purpose

Set up and implement safe, economic value added supply chain system for the company in production planning, warehouse system, shipping and transportation, ensuring the optimization of customer service, the competitive position in the market and effective supply chain system to meet company long term developing strategy.









Principal accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)? Plan, set up and manage the implementation of an efficient and economic supply chain system. Ensure the logistics department display biggest effectiveness. Continuously enhances the department staff's work achievements and working ability.

? Accountable for the improvement of existing logistics system. Analysis logistics system and find out various conditions for enhances the logistics management achievements and carry them into execution.

? Identify key performance criteria for logistics function and effectively manage these key factors. Define and implement cost control and safety/security system for warehouse and own reefer trucks.

? Coordinate with sales, production and purchase, duly make and renew the production plan; implement purchase operations; reasonably control the inventory of raw material and finished products. Reasonably balance the sales demand, raw material supply and productivity, ensure effectively implement of production plan and control the inventory in the best level.

? To be responsible to act according to the safety requirements on the management to each kind of raw material and the end product stock warehousing, including packing and marking. Guarantees the company's storage system to conform to the standard requirement.

? Effectively manage and control all logistics operations, including own reefer trucks operations, the sea transportation and the land transportation, the cargo import and export and so on; ensure the cost control, the safety and the efficiency.

? As the representative of company management, communicate and coordinate with related government departments and maintain the good functional relationship. Duly obtain government department's support and help, ensure the company import and export business normative and unobstructed.

? Cooperate with other department managers and undertake other assignment related to logistics function. Coordinate and assist other department's work to achieve the company overall business goal together.









Functional Responsibilities/Network (kindly limit to a maximum of five)

Internal: Production, Financial, Technical, Purchase, Customer Service, Marketing and those from AN BU Chemical.

External: Shipping Lines, Forwarders, Suppliers, Contractors, Customs Office, CCIB and other related government departments.









Theoretical qualifications and practical experience

? University graduate, material management/ business management or equivalent.

? 10-12 years experience in logistics function, esp. on management positions, familiar with chemical logistics is preferred.

? Good command of Language communication in both English and Chinese.

? Outstanding negotiation skill and communication skill.

? Good planning and organizing skill.

? Strong analyzing and problem solving skill.

? Good leadership and time management.
