职位描述
Job competence related requirements:
-Earlier experience on setting up company general F&C systems and practices from scratch.
-Experienced with Financial- and Management accounting
-Experienced with cost/profit center design and product costing
-Familiar with Cash Flow, P&L and Balance Sheet
-Experinced with setting-up, develop and document F&C guidelines and processes, including the implementation and training of those in organisation
-General knowledge about F&C related tools, fluent with MS Office tools, Excel specificly
General requirements
-Bsc. Degree or higher from a relevant area like economics, accountancy and finance
-4-7 years experience in F&C organization, with proven track record
-Fluent spoken and written English, good communication skills
-Good and flexible team player, “wanting to help attitude”. Ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.
-Analytical approach to work, high numeracy skills
-Problem-solving skills and initiative, ability to prioritise
-Willing to grow and develop him/herself
-Independent and pro-active working attitude, cabable to plan own work
-Capable to implement and deliver, and see areas of potential operational improvement
Tasks
-Develop and Implement company F&C related accounting planning, monitoring and reporting systems and mechanisms, including but not limited to:
-
oPlanning tools and processes,
oManagement accounting platform enabling reporting
oDesign cost- and profit center structure to support financial planning in the organization, product costing and and general cost follow-up
-Managing budget and develop planning accuracy
-Provide financial advice to senior management, interpret financial information. Assist in the determination of product pricing
-Liaising with auditors
-Monitor and interpret cash flows, predict future trends
-Analysing changes and advising accordingly
-Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
-Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
-Define and compile key business metrics, Prepare montly reports to senior management and investors

You will report to F&C Director but you will work in very close co-operation with company CEO and other relevant stakeholders across the company.
