职位描述

Job technical requirements:

-Earlier experience on designing and setting up company IM systems
-Exerienced on setting up company LAN network and access systems
-Understanding on different mail and file server systems and related operating systems
-General knowledge about internet platforms including web servers, content management SW
-Knowledge on general SW tools typically used in companies
-Understanding on information security and options to build it.
-Good team playes

General requirements

-Bsc. Degree or higher from a relevant area.
-Cabability to read and write English, spoken English is a plus
-Good and flexible team player, “wanting to help attitude”
-Cabable to handle various IM projects at the same time
-Willing to grow and develop him/herself with the latest IT technologies
-Independent and pro-active working attitude, cabable to plan own work

Tasks
-Do in the beginning make or buy study: own or rented IM platforms, SW and desktops
-Set-up and organize desktop, mail and file system and server setup and configurations
-LAN/WLAN and Intranet build-up, access policies and security
-Company IM policy creation including information security policies
-Website infrastructure: server and content development tools
-Production IM systems setup, integration to company IM platform and maintenance of the system
-Troubleshooting of all devices and systems, network access rights and account management
-Possible facilities security systems and working time follow-up integration to IM systems
-Data recovery plan and system
