Our Client:
We are a Global Manufactory; we are now looking for a Production Manager or Shop Floor Manager. Our client now has a little small size in Tianjin area (totally around have 60 peoples here)
The job location will base in Tianjin （武清开发区）

Report to: GM （Foreigner）

The Job:

? Leading around 20 peoples (blue-color Workers)
? Responsible for all production issues
? Managing the production plan and coordination to ensure the timely sales deliveries
? Overall control of the production efficiency and quality
? Arrange the manufacturing resources according to the production plan, organize effectively production, produce quality products on scheduled time
? Evaluate and improve the performance of Material and production suppliers
? Give guidance and training for production team
? Establish new relationship for production needs
? Optimize the production and material flow through the system and ensure productivity and quality
? Understand technical, personal, quality and related issues to make the division work according to given plans
? Plan and manage the production processes with a focus on daily follow-up on orders.
? Manage, motivate and drive all levels of the production team
? (Achieve financial targets; prepare and present the budget, manage the actual production costs against budget and target costs, maintain product margin and) monitor productivity
? Focus on production management and planning with an in-depth understanding of the logistics of the business
? Improve employee safety and environment consciousness, Make shop floor physical environment and production process respect company safety and environment policy.


The Person:
? Experience from a similar position is needed (managing position)，OK for the candidates who don’t have the production manager title today, but hope you have the experience to assistant the production manager to a lots of things. QA Manager can be ok.
? (University) degree with focus on Technical and/or Business
? The most important is that the one is a practical person
? Be able to motivate others and establish good and positive working relationships.
? Be independent, self-starter, business developer
? Ability to meet deadlines, to work under stressful conditions and overtime
? Good organizer, practical hands on person
? Open minded, flexible, modern and international in terms of personality
? Good English skills (oral and writing), can communicate with foreigner.
? Team player with ability to work in virtual teams in a fast-paced environment
