requirements:

B.S Degree in a technical, business or related field and ten (10) years experience in general plant operations and associated responsibilities.

Must have demonstrated managerial skill in organizing, analyzing, planning and communicating.

Must be fluent in Chinese and English.

Duties:

1. Provides overall management and supervision of operations staff.

2. Will provide the Board in a timely manner with, Annual Operating account, budgets and plans, proposed profit distribution and other report and plans required by the Board.

3. Analyzes operation plans, develops and implements organizational policies and goals.

4. Responsible for overall manufacturing operation.

5. Generally directs efforts of and is responsible for Banking, Finance, Purchasing, Human Resources in support of combined operations.

6. Initiates and adhere to strategic plans for Marketing, Finance, and Quality planning and maintaining product quality standards.

7. Analyzes division or department budget requests to identify best decisions toward allocating budget.

8. Assists with supplier negotiations and monitors supplier quality.

9. Interfaces with customer to guarantee product standards are maintained.

10. Confers with administrative personnel and review activity, operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.

11. Directs preparation of directive to division or department administrator outlining policy, program or operations changes to be implemented.

12. Review and implement plans related to personnel, including contracts, reward and penalty policies, salary and bonus distribution, and organization implementation as approved by the Board.

13. Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
