Responsibilities:

- Provide proactive quality leadership for the company.

- Manage/supervise the quality organization, including quality engineers, auditors, inspectors and trainers. Ensure quality team has required training to perform their roles and oversee the entire quality training system.

- Effectively implement a quality system that improves production, process, supplier quality and quality improvement systems.

- Responsible to implement the business Quality Management System, ISO certification,

- Resolve customer quality concerns.

- Lead customer satisfaction focus, issue resolution, and analysis of warranty.

- Own Cost of Quality budget responsibility and drive projects to continuously improve results.

- Develop, maintain and communicate key quality metrics. Drive cross functional projects for performance improvement.

- Articulate and secure appropriate functional support and commitment to successfully implement quality and business process improvement solutions.

- Provide quality engineering support during the entire New Product Introduction process.

- Oversee continuous improvement process, drive root cause analyses and implementation of corrective & preventive actions.

Qualifications Required:

- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong and demonstrated leadership skills.

- Ability to work effectively cross functionally.

- Leadership in business operations or product line role, with demonstrated ability to lead and execute a business strategy.

- Prior experience in implementing ISO and QMS.

- Electronics experience in quality, manufacturing or design
