Responsibilities:

- Build up channel profile mechanism, provide periodic channel performance analysis, implement channel plan to improve channel quality.

- Manage KYC and channel application/renew processes.

管理新客户审批和渠道申请及年度审核流程

- Identify/prioritize new channel opportunities in conjunction with functional and sales team.

与相关职能和销售团队一起甄别和优选新渠道的发展机会

- Organize channel meeting to collect front line market intelligence, voice of channel to improve process simplification and enhance channel management.

组织渠道会议以获取一线市场咨讯，并聆听渠道反馈以促进流程简化和提高渠道管理

- Responsible for bid preparation, quotation and contract development, customer negotiations

提供投标准备，报价和合同，参与客户谈判等商务工作

- Comply to AJV commercial and channel management policies and processes

Qualifications Required:

人员要求

- University Bachelor degree

大学本科学历

- Preferable with profound knowledge of international trade, channel management and Trade Compliance

有国际贸易、渠道管理和贸易合规相关背景知识者优先

- 4 years working experience with combination in the field of commercial and/or channel management will be a plus

有4年以上商务运营和/或渠道管理工作经验者优先考虑

- Demonstrated oral and written English communication skills

- Strong data analysis，negotiation，interpersonal skill
