职位描述
工作职责:
1. 监督,管理销售团队,完成每日日程工作包括产品维护和陈列,堆头展示,拜访客户,定期回顾并调整销售代表客户访问路线图,2. 在经销商渠道开发新的客气关系和维护重点客户关系,完成年度销售指标
3. 维护,开拓,管理地区重点客户渠道,如年度合同谈判,促销计划,新品进出,地堆,调价,陈列改善等
4. 负责销售团队建设,招募和培训销售人员,能够清晰的布置任务进行工作指导
5. 对销售数据进行分析,完成公司的销售报告,搜集竞品数据和市场动态,及时反馈给销售经理
6. 制定促销计划,申请通路市场费用,更具公司计划执行促销活动,及时回款
7. 负责区域内新客户的开发和管理
Job Overview:
Assist Regional sales manager to achieve sales target, develop assigned geographic/channel strategy. Fulfill market coverage in designated retail-sales and distribution regions.
Key responsibility & role:
1. Responsible for making and implementing sales plan for assigned sales & distribution regions based on company business strategic development and regional marketing status quo in accordance with company’s regulations & policies.
2. Deepen ties with distributors in assigned region through regular in-person visit and promoting products and exploring opportunities to further expand modern trade with practical trade and channel development plan.
3. Enable sales forces to collect, classify and analyze information on product quotation, market movement, end users’ and key competitors’ sales and market strategy and make out reports as a reference to provide related department suggestion
4. Manage, approve and direct the trade spending in assigned regions with periodically check to current market circumstances and monitoring subordinates’ performance.
5. Responsible for sales team building and recruiting and training sales representatives with clear work assignment and business direction
6. Check and supervise sales force’s performance through in-person visits to customers, understanding market trends and distributors’ management
Over 5 years working experience in Sales management
Over 3 years management experience in modern trade
