2.熟悉合同法等基本法律知识；
3.招标网站的关注和管理及其它有关招投标信息的收集和处理；
4.负责督促合同工作的执行与落实，监督合同风险管理；
5.负责管理合同档案，合同政策，撰写合同分析报告；
6.负责完善合规风险监测体系及合规风险信息平台；
7.负责检视各销售部门合同管理、业务流程，提供合同改进建议。
8.有驾照，有实际驾车经验者优先；
