As　a　buyer,　you　are　responsible　for:
-　Procurement　and　setting　up　of　commercial　terms　for　supply　of　production　material,　indirect　material　and　services　as　well　as　investments.
-　Further　develop　our　suppliers　and　secure　that　we　have　the　right　supplier　base　in　terms　of　cost,　delivery,　quality　and　environmental　impact　to　create　long　term　profitability.
-　Being　actively　involved　in　the　development　projects　for　new　products　and　ensure　early　supplier　involvement　in　those　projects.　
-　Actively　develop　our　purchasing　process.　
-　Actively　working　on　purchasing　localization　projects.

Mission
Your　mission　as　a　buyer　is　to　contribute　to　the　development　of　CTD　manufacturing　operation　in　Tianjin　by　continuous　development　of　our　supplier　base.　　

Our　short　lead　times　and　high　delivery　precision　must　be　supported　by　our　suppliers　and　reflected　in　the　way　how　they　operate.

In　our　cost　reduction　programs,　the　purchasing　team　plays　a　very　important　role.　Your　mission　is　to　actively　and　continuously　explore　new　opportunities　to　lower　material　cost　and　to　pursue　high　quality　as　well.
It　will　also　be　your　mission　to　ensure　that　you　take　an　active　part　in　development　projects,　since　time　to　market　and　finding　the　right　cost　level　for　new　products　is　very　crucial　for　our　future　success.

Experience　requirements
We　are　looking　for　a　person　that　is　commercially　orientated　and　have　an　interest　in　qualified　purchasing　work　in　an　international　environment.　You　should　have　a　well　documented　experience　from　purchasing　work　in　production　environment.

Education　reguirements
You　should　have　a　technical　and/or　economic　education　at　university　level.
Personality　requirements
You　are　a　team　player,　strong　in　communication　and　people　oriented.　You　are　radiating　the　company’s　vision　and　values.　You　are　result　driven,　willingness　and　ambition　to　achieve　results　and　reach　our　goals.　You　are　fluent　in　English,　both　written　and　spoken.
