POSITION: ADMIN SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: HEBEI

地点：河北廊坊

Description:
The candidate will provide support to the running operations of Hebei warehouse by executing all areas of support work; ensure the provision of effective personnel administration support; work with the Shanghai Head Office to fulfill HR & Finance assignments. The candidates will coordinate with internal departments and external customers and authorities to consistently improve overall company service levels.

Requirements:
The position requires

- Excellent administrative, interpersonal, time management & organizational skills

- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

- Working knowledge of search engines, Intranet and Internet
