发动机生产过程质量工程师
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in PDP teams as quality representative, ensure quality activities and plans are formulated and followed. Being in charge of MOA and CCC certification and ensure all the non conformities are follow up and closed.
Create inspection instructions for new project from incoming inspection to final inspection and involve in all the activities such as process for FMEA/control plan etc.
Monitor and facilitate quality activities for part approval, verify manufacturing process and confirm process capability.
In charge of investigation for internal and external quality issues, root causes and analysis, gather and analyze data, correction action taken to reduce or eliminate non conformities. This includes quality issues happening during PDP, OFP and CSP.
In charge of complaint and claim to supplier, being one interface with SQE and support/facilitate supplier to solve quality issues.
In charge of customer complaint disposal and claim disposal.
Inputs and maintains information in factory databases and systems. Follow up corrective action/preventive action.
Support for on-site inspector training.
Perform QS audit including support certification audit/assist QS engineer for QS procedure creation and training.
Work together with quality technician to finish quality document translation into Chinese.
Other tasks assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Above bachelor's degree in engineering relevant major.
At least 2 to 3 years experience of quality management in engine ,heavy industry or automobile industry or other machinery manufacturing industry.
Used to be involved in quality planning for new project (machinery type), know about PFMEA/control plan/PPAP/APQP etc. tools.
Know about systematic approach for problem solving such as 8D etc. and not so bad ability of communication and coordination.
Ability to understand the product drawing and geometry tolerance.
More proficient in using computer software such as Exel, word and powerpoint.
Possess Reading and writing skill in English, be able to communicate for daily work In English orally.
Had better have internal auditor certificate of ISO 9000/at least 1 year quality audit experience for ISO 9000.
