RESPONSIBILITIES
. Familiar with production departments to operate and process, has the control and field management;
. Proficient in all aspects of sheet metal processing, such as Welding, Laser ,bending ,milling;
. Lead and manage all the departments , Technical ,Logistic ,Inventory, Sourcing, and etc;
. Shipments the production orders according to deadline ;
. Manage, coach & train internal staff , coordinate relationship of different departments;
. Familiar with Wind industry, tower internals will be preferred ;
. MIG and TIG Welding experience is preferred;
. with a strong manufacturing background and has a good network of suppliers in Tianjin;
. Above 5 years manufacturing enterprise management experience is must;


THE CANDIDATE
. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical,Electrical automation , Industrial Management or related major ;
. Overseas experience preferred
. Excellent business understanding & international mindset
. Proven track record of achieving results via teamwork
. Self-starter with can-do-attitude
. Highly structured personality who is able to use & develop systems & procedures
. Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to create relationships with stakeholders at all levels
. Must be resident in Tianjin
