JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责：
As a FEA Analyst , you will use virtual tools to evaluate the strength of components used to fulfill the product verification and validation (PV&V) structural requirements associated with utility tractors on both new product and continuous improvement projects. In this position, you will:

?Perform finite element analysis of full-chassis and drive train systems using non-linear contacts, bolted joints, weldments, etc.

?Be responsible for the virtual verification of the drive train and chassis frame components to ensure the product meets its durability life goals as specified in the tractor specification.

?Make decisions on whether the components have met strength and durability requirements before hardware build according to the PV&V plan.

?Conduct fatigue analysis of iron castings, steel weldments and plastic components.
负责铸铁件、钢焊接结构、和塑料部件的疲劳分析。
?Guide the design development of the components in the early concept stages.

Experience and Education Background
学历及工作经验：
We need an excellent communicator who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will have a Master degree in Mechanical, vehicle, or Agricultural Engineering. In addition, we require:

?3+ years experience in structural analysis using FEA in product engineering related industry.

?Strong background in computer hardware and software.
