职位描述
Main Tasks
1.Accept drawings and SOWs, and organize Sourcing/Bidding process of mechanical parts (welding, machining, small portion of electronical parts) for local and global solution business.
2.Assure early sourcing and supplier involvement in new product designs.
3.Ensure policy compliance .
4.Install sourcing policy and supply strategy for solution business and for new product design in close co-operation with the global category management.
5.New supplier qualification process implementation, supplier qualification process requirement (cooperates with TQM and related engineering team).
6.Initiate and implement cost reduction projects of local production.
7.Optimize the allocated supply base in close co-operation with the global category management.
8.Strategic Sourcing Category Management: Identify cost savings initiatives and new potential sources and manufacturing processes, manage supplier contract and involvement, define sourcing strategies, run RFQ processes, prepare price and condition evaluations, negotiate and fix conditions in delivery contracts, optimizw supply base, etc.
9.Strategic sourcing PLM: Set target prices derived from product & customer requirements, identify cost saving initiatives, align with and support modifying product strategies, identify design to cost/ value engineering/ material downgrading initiatives, produce and update drawings/ specifications/ master data, initial sample testing/ approval,manage dedicated projects (e.g. make-or-buy, product transfer, contract manufacturing projects,etc.).
Qualifications
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in mechanic field, preferably majored in vacuum.
2.Language: frequent both oral and written English.
3.Work experience: 5+ years' sourcing experience relatively in mechanic industry.
4.High sense of cost reduction, good negotiation skills.
5.Independent working ability and team work spirit.
6.Good supplier management experiences.
