职位描述
MAJOR PURPOSE :
Responsible for managing all departments in the factory Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) activities, which include: factory master production scheduling, product line scheduling, supply management, inventory
management, production management and customer deliveries. Manages current factory performance and develops mid and long term plans. Reports directly to the General Manager.
MAJOR DUTIES :
. Ensures that short, mid and long-term strategies of the factory are kept in line with Strategic Business Unit's (SBU) strategies and are executed accordingly.
. Ensures unit operations are meeting factory or unit goals and objectives.
. Develops mid and long-term manufacturing, supply management and distribution plans and manages Order Fulfillment Process strategies and asset reduction strategies.
. Directs the successful integration of all new processes and products within the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP) and order fulfillment processes. Includes the responsibility for the factory product portfolio.
. Provides leadership, management and continuous improvements in safety, cost, quality, delivery and efficiency of the processes, products or business processes in their area of responsibility.
. Provides strategic leadership, guidance and broad communications to suppliers, external business relationships, and scheduling, production and supply management professionals, as well as administrative and wage employees.
. Manages employee development for the assumption of leadership roles.
. Manages the long term direction of safety, quality, reliability, delivery predictability and inventory goals and planning.

Education :
Formal education or training required to perform the essential functions of the job. Includes degrees, certifications, licenses and/or registration requirements.
. Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience.
. Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
. Degree in a Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience.
. Degree in an Accounting/Finance discipline or equivalent experience.
Relevant Work Experiences :
Type and amount of experience necessary to perform the essential functions of the job. May include specific roles and/or an understanding of a particular function, organization, industry or product line.
. Previous experience in developing and managing Capital and Expense budget process.
. Manufacturing management experience.
. Experience in one or more manufacturing positions such as Supervisor or Industrial Engineering.
. Manufacturing and/or operations experience.
. Factory experience including regular interfacing with design, engineering, manufacturing; worldwide geographic area of responsibility; focused product-specific knowledge.
. Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience.
