(1)Preferably someone with 3-10 years of experience designing structures (frames, booms, etc.) for off-highway equipment.
(2) Power train engineer, preferably someone with 3-10 years of experience working with engines, transmission, axles and driveline systems.
(3)Cab engineer, preferably someone with 3 -10 years of experiences working with ergonomic/operator control component selection and placement in addition to knowledge of operator station trim (plastics) design
(4)Hydraulic system design.  Preferably someone with 3-10 years of experience working with hydraulic systems on off-highway equipment.
(5)Electrical system design. Preferably someone with 3-10 years of experience working with off-highway electrical systems, wiring, switches, motors, alternators, etc. Experience with common selection and sizing (lights, alternators, fuse panels, switches, relays)
